Desirae A. Basile graduated from Farmingdale State College where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2016. She earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob Fuchsberg Law Center in 2020.

In law school, Desirae was a member of Touro Law’s Moot Court Honors Board and held the position of Program Editor during her 3L year. Desirae was a Semi-Finalist in the 2018 John S. Bainbridge Intra-School Moot Court Competition and competed in two national competitions. She also earned a CALI Award for Academic Excellence in New York Practice.

While in law school, Desirae was a Judicial Extern for Honorable Jerry Garguilo in the Suffolk County Supreme Court, Commercial Division. She also held a position as a summer law clerk at a private law firm where she assisted with matters related to real estate and land use, religious corporations, contracts and civil litigation. Desirae was an intern at the Bankruptcy and Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic at Touro Law Center, as well.

Desirae began working at Pollock & Maguire, LLP in 2020. In 2021, Desirae joined Lee Pollock when he formed the present Pollock & Associates Law, PLLC. Her primary areas of practice consist of real estate, will and trust drafting and administration, formation of business entities and civil litigation.

Desirae is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the state of New York.

In Desirae’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Enzo.
